It’s an AI receptionist. We tailor the greeting and questions to your business, and your team handles customer follow-up.
Can I keep my business number?
We’ll review call forwarding with your phone provider during setup. Test the routing with us before changing how customer calls are handled.
Does it book appointments or quote jobs?
The current pilot collects callback requests. Your business confirms appointment times, availability and pricing with the customer.
What does it cost?
Request a quote. We’ll discuss expected minutes, setup, included usage and any overage charges before you commit.
What about urgent situations?
The receptionist can give a brief safety message and direct callers to emergency services when appropriate. It is not an emergency dispatch service and does not provide repair instructions.
